Cabinet approved the granting of subsidies for the provision of high-tech medical care – TASS

MOSCOW, January 4. / TASS /. The Russian government approved the procedure for granting in 2016 of subsidies for the provision of high-tech medical care is not included in the basic program of compulsory medical insurance. Resolution of this, signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, published Monday on the website of the Cabinet.

In particular, the validated method of determining the amount of the subsidy provided by the state institutions of health care. “The subsidy is calculated on the basis of indicators of the volume of high-tech medical care (FMP), the average ratios of financial costs per unit of volume of medical care, the share of wages in the structure of the average standard cost per unit volume of care, the coefficient level of average wages in the regions”, – the document says.

For this purpose in the budget of the Federal Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund (FFOMS) for 2016 provided 90.73 billion rubles.

Another decree approved the procedure for granting in 2016 of the federal budget subsidies to regional budgets in order to co-finance the costs of providing the citizens of the upper urinary tract due to inter-budget transfers from the budget FFOMS the federal budget.

The conditions for the granting of subsidies, including the presence of regional budget appropriations for the execution of expenditure commitments to VMP in medical institutions. The subsidy is determined depending on the achievement of performance indicator use of subsidies in 2015, including a measure of the number of patients that have had a VMP in 2015, including the profile of “cardiovascular surgery”.

The budget FFOMS on 2016 for this purpose provided 6 billion rubles ..
