MOSCOW, January 15 – RIA Novosti. Khoroshevsky Moscow court sanctioned the arrest Electromechanics Alexander Belousov, who worked in the company serving the residential complex “Scarlet Sails”, where because of the broken elevator killed a woman, RIA News in court.

The case was filed under “provision of works that do not meet safety requirements” (para. 2, Art. 238 of the Criminal Code), the maximum penalty for which – up to 6 years of imprisonment.
In one of the buildings of the residential complex “Scarlet Sails” in Moscow on January 14 due to the fault of the elevator car in the shaft from the height of the seventh floor fell Irina Volodina (daughter of the famous TV presenter Yevgeny Kochergin). From his injuries 36-year-old woman died on the spot.
According to the investigation, it was Alexei Belousov, who is an employee of the company “Elevator Garant”, shortly before the tragedy performed maintenance work on the elevator and elevator equipment.
