MOSCOW, January 29 – RIA Novosti. Investigators will soon begin to acquaint the accused with the criminal case of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov told journalists the representative of the Union of Russian Vladimir Markin.
The accusation in the final version presented Zaur Dadaev, Anzor and Shadid Gubashevym, Temirlan Eskerhanovu and Khamzat Bakhaeva, who are accused of committing a murder for hire in an organized group and illegal acquisition, carrying, transportation and storage of firearms.
“Today, involved in the case was announced after the investigation, and soon defendants and their lawyers will begin to familiarize with the materials of the criminal case under article 217 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation”, – said Markin.
After that materials will be sent to the prosecutor for approval of the indictment, and then – to the court for consideration on the merits.
Markin noted that the involvement of the accused confirmed gathered in the criminal case evidence, including the opinions of more than 70 complex forensic examinations (situational, phonographic , psychology, molecular genetics and complex forensic) and examination of witnesses, ochnymi rates, inspection of items and documents seized during searches of places of residence of the accused, and the reports of the inspection records of CCTV cameras, including installed at the murder scene, and and approach and departure of partners.
Nemtsov, shot in the center of Moscow on the night of February 28, 2015, held in the 1990s, a number of senior positions in the Russian government, and in the 2000s joined the opposition.
So far, the case arrested Five people: the alleged killer Dadaev Zaur, Khamzat Bach, who, according to investigators, associates the information supplied and had to hide them after the crime, Temirlan Eskerhanov, which is charged with monitoring the routes Nemtsov, as well as brothers and Anzor Shadid Gubashevy. Their role in crime investigation did not disclose.
Gubashev not guilty. At the last interrogation, he said that Nemtsov killed Beslan Chavannes, who was blown up during the detention. Gubashev himself, he said, he was the only driver Shavanova and did not know of his plans or his motives.
