MOSCOW, January 19 – RIA Novosti. Entry into force of the first decision of the Moscow City Court of constant blocking access to the portal rutor.org and ten other sites with pirated content, told RIA Novosti, the press service of the court.

“The decision on the so-called” lifetime “lock came into force. During the statutory period of appeal appeals from members of the court have not received”, – reported in the press -service. Now the decision is sent to Roskomnadzor for execution.

The court added that some citizens tried to challenge the ban of the court, but to no avail. “The court has received complaints from persons who are not parties to these proceedings, the complaints were left without movement for the elimination of deficiencies. Before the expiry of the term set by the court, the shortcomings have not been eliminated,” – explained in the press-service.

The first decision of the Moscow City Court on a permanent blockage concerns sites: bobfilm.net, dream-film.net, kinokubik.com, kinozal.tv, kinobolt.ru, rutor.org, seedoff.net, torrentor.net, tushkan.net, tv.serial-online.net, wood-film.ru. On hearing was not one of the representatives of the plaintiffs or defendants, was only a representative of Roskomnadzor.

The lawsuit said the blocking Ltd. “Basileus Distribution”. Earlier, the Moscow City Court to block only a few pages with pirated copies of movies or TV series.

According to Roskomnadzor to a permanent blocking the site also aims www.kinovo.tv. As previously reported, for the unlicensed distribution of the series “Londongrad. Know ours!” a permanent site blocking aims bigcinema.tv.

“These resources are entered in the register of sites – copyright violators and sent to the discharge of operators for blocking the domain name,” – reported in the controller.
