the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation adopted decision on the registration of Maxim Dmitriev as Director General of the Russian authors ‘ society (RAO). According to the Agency, the decision on registration in the Unified state register of legal entities (EGRUL) information about changes in the persons entitled to act without power of attorney on behalf of RAO, was made on Friday, December 23.
the Documents were sent to the Office of the Federal tax service for Moscow to make the corresponding information in the register, this should happen no more than five days. Also the representative of the Ministry of justice reported that Maxim knows about the adoption Agency decision and promised to start acting General Director of RAO, as soon as the corresponding changes will be made in the register.
Maxim Dmitriev – founder of the First music publishers, one of the largest players on the Russian music market.
