CEO Mail.Ru Group appointed Boris Dobrodeyev, who held the position of Director for strategy and development group and Director General of “Vkontakte”, the company said.

Former CEO of Mail.Ru Group Dmitry Grishin will continue to participate in company management as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

“I Plan to focus on investments and strategy, including international expansion. Boris Dobrodeyev, who held the position of Director for strategy and development group and the General Director of “Vkontakte”, will take over the management of the current operations as General Director (CEO Russia),” — said Grishin.

Operating activities “Vkontakte” will continue to engage operating officer of the social network Andrew Rogozov and Executive Director of “Vkontakte” Dmitry Sergeyev, told RBC press Secretary of the social network Yevgeny Krasnikov.
