Russian Defense Ministry this year will begin operation of the newest complex detection of fragments falling to the ground rockets. The complex was built in the Khrunichev for service areas falling pieces of the launch vehicle “Angara”, the newspaper “Izvestia”.
According to its source in the headquarters of the air-space defense troops, the possibility of using a new complex on the Kamchatka Kura range missile during the test and training launches of ballistic missiles.
The complex was created to detect fragments of the rockets fell in real time. Allocated for the fall field areas in the Komi Republic and the Tomsk region – it is mostly forest, and in the Komi region falling to 40 km deep into the national park “Yugyd Islands.”

The first launch of the carrier “Angara” heavy class is scheduled for December of this year. “Angara” light class was successfully tested July 9, 2014.
