In October Earthlings will see two eclipses – Arguments and Facts

In October, the inhabitants of the Earth will be able to watch two interesting astronomical phenomena, BusinessFM reports with reference to The Washington Post.


 
 October 8 morning will total lunar eclipse. If the sky at that moment will be cloudless, then you will see a red moon. Earth’s shadow covered the moon will begin at 13:15 Moscow time. When the partial phase of the eclipse will go into total eclipse, Earth’s satellite “will turn” red. According to the Naval Observatory United States, a total lunar eclipse will begin at 14 hours 54 minutes Moscow time. It will last 29 minutes 3:00. Eclipse of the moon will be visible in Asia, the Pacific, Australia, South and North America. It also will affect England, France, Germany and Denmark.
 
 

A day on October 23 to begin midday partial solar eclipse lasting 59 minutes. Solar eclipse will see the inhabitants of Canada, the USA and Mexico. Shadow touches the Earth’s surface in the vicinity of the Kamchatka Peninsula in eastern Siberia.
