Khodorkovsky spoke about the launch of five media – RBC

Mikhail Khodorkovsky in early 2017 will launch five startups in the field of media that will be part of the project “Open media”. About this newspaper Vedomosti, citing two sources familiar with the situation. The ex-head of Yukos has confirmed the launch of projects.

According to Khodorkovsky, in the test mode at the moment there are five projects: “the Open economy” control Center “investigation” (sdgs), “Form”, “Gauss” and “Calltrigger”. He noted that all these projects are focused on investigating and explaining the economic situation in the country, as well as developments in the field of business, culture and science.

“I’m interested in those projects, the publication of which will cause discontent of the Russian authorities”, — said Khodorkovsky. The project “Open economy”, according to its leader Yulia Yarosh, will answer questions about the money of the state, companies and citizens “in simple language”.

In late September, Khodorkovsky has announced the launch of the project “Open media,” which aims to support startups in the field of journalism.
