Holding Mail.ru Group became the owner of 100% shares of the social network “VKontakte» – Overclockers.ru

As said to ITAR-TASS, the Russian Internet holding Mail .ru Group recently became the owner of 100 percent of Russia’s largest social network “VKontakte”. The remaining percentage of shares in the amount of 48.01% was purchased from the fund UCP Ilya Sherbovich for 1.47 billion dollars.
