Lomonosov Moscow State University was the best university according to the QS EECA – RIA “VistaNews”

UK company Quacquarelli Symonds annually compiles a list of the best university among the countries of Central Asia and Europe. This time the leader in the list was the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov.

According to the annual international ranking QS EECA this time leader among 500 University of Central Asia and Europe took the Lomonosov State University of Moscow. The total estimate for the university calculated by parameters such as the reputation of institutions in popularity among employers, the ratio of work each department, quoted by the web, scientific knowledge of teachers, number of students and the number of foreign faculties.

Following the Moscow State University is also a Russian University – State University Novosibirsk. More than 50 higher educational institutions of Russia came in the top 150. Also in the British magazine Times Higher Education published a list of the best high schools all over the world, which includes more than a dozen universities in the Russian Federation. In the ranking of publications each year the MSU also replaces the position closer to the leaders of the list.
