The Cabinet ordered the creation of the center of the aircraft industry in Russia Zhukovsky – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, April 5 – RIA Novosti. The Russian government has ordered the creation of the National Research Center “Institute named after NE Zhukovsky”, which will deal with the development of aviation science and technology, the corresponding order was published on the website of the Cabinet on Sunday.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law providing for the establishment of a national research center “Institute named after NE Zhukovsky.” Specified that, in addition to research activities, the center will be engaged and training. Institute created in the form of federal state budgetary institutions, powers of the founder will carry the Russian government. Among the main sources of funding – the federal budget, the proceeds of execution of works and of the rights of intellectual property.

The center aims to expand scientific and technological cooperation aviation organizations and other industries in the development and use of innovations to improve the competitiveness of Russian products and services they provide.

The creation of the center will contribute to the implementation of the state program “The development of the aviation industry in the years 2013-2025″ at the expense of structure formation, providing centralized management of aeronautical science in order to develop advanced aircraft technologies and bringing together industry and academia.
