Yuri Shalimov headed “the Fifth channel” – Kommersant

NMG owns 82% of REN TV and 72.4% of “the Fifth channel”. NMG have several media areas: it controls 25% of the “First channel”, the newspaper “Izvestia” (98,32%), “Sport-Express” (75%) and “Metro-Petersburg” radio station “Life#Sound” (100%), manufacturer of the series “Art pictures vision” (50%), “Media Alliance” (Discovery channel, Eurosport, CNN, etc.), the Russian versions of Viasat channels (80%).
