Scientific and Technical Council of the Russian Space Agency proposes to continue the operation of the ISS until 2024 – Kommersant

Russia will continue to use the International Space Station (ISS) until 2024, and in the 2030s will fly to the moon. The decision taken at a meeting today of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Russian Federal Space Agency.

«The concept involves the use of the ISS until 2024, and then planned to create a Russian space base on the basis separated from the ISS modules” – according to the press service of the Russian Federal Space Agency.
