Representatives of the Ministry of Culture reported that anti-piracy tax will introduce in our country until the beginning of October this year – in the form of so-called “global license”. That is, certain restrictions that will apply to musical works, phonograms, audiovisual works and books.

Internet users will be offered to enter into contracts with operators that have such a document, and they will have to annually pay him 300 rubles. A portion of this amount will get the right holder.
