Putin used the meeting with military allies in the Collective Security Treaty Organization block for response to Washington, the Kremlin threatened insulation for support Bashar al-Assad. The Russian president said that Russia has helped and will help the government of Syria arms and advised the US not to shift the refugee problem “with the blame on others.” Although half of the CSTO countries (in addition to Russia, the block includes Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Tajikistan), the situation is hardly calm, presidents have decided not to focus on domestic issues, announcing the main threat to the Islamic state. But Ukraine does not have remembered at the summit never.

Dushanbe met participants of the CSTO summit reinforced police, dogs and dog experts c combat vehicles near the plastic tables of street cafes. Unprecedented security measures (as in the country as it is impossible to send and receive text messages) are related to the anti-terrorist operation that is conducted in Tajikistan from 4 September in the wake of the rebellion, arranged by a former deputy defense minister Nazarzoda.

President Emomali Rakhmon promised put an end to his political rival (which has already been accused of treason, the creation of an extremist organization, and living with three wives), even to the Independence Day, which is celebrated on September 9th. However, the rebel general, had taken refuge in the Ramit Gorge, is still alive. And his supporters are quite capable to make a ruling regime “merry life”: according to unofficial data, about 30% of the commanders of army units fought alongside Nazarzoda in the United Tajik Opposition (UTO), and are committed to the recently banned Rakhmon islamistckoy party.

Analysts have openly said that Tajikistan is on the verge of a new civil war. But in other countries of the CSTO situation is hardly serene.

Armenia in the spring of living in a state of permanent rallies and demonstrations. Dissatisfaction related to the increase in fees for electricity, further heated Serzh Sargsyan’s intention to amend the Constitution to change the political system.

Do not forget about the unresolved conflicts in Armenia and Azerbaijan. Last week, the extra Sargsyan arrived in Moscow to report about the growing tensions on the border and asked Putin to have an impact on Baku. “Azerbaijan’s attempts to aggravate the situation in the absence of an adequate response from the international community is fraught with destabilization of the entire region,” – said the Armenian leader at the CSTO summit, demanding that the Allies “to fill the existing agreements with specific content.” However, no official statement on the block at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border this was not followed.

Finally, in Kyrgyzstan, a high degree of turbulence associated with the upcoming parliamentary elections. Dissatisfaction with their results – an excellent ground for a coup d’etat, the more that the Kyrgyz economy, in spite of joining the EAEC, is in poor condition and the country’s strong non-governmental organizations associated with the West.

In particular, the US has Spring was sent to Kyrgyzstan author of “color revolutions” Richard Miles, and recently visited Bishkek, Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, Nisha Desai Bisval. Such attention, of course, is no accident. Seizing the moment, the White House hopes, if not displace, or at least weaken loyal to the Kremlin regimes.

However, the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev in his speech at the summit of the CSTO, said his currently more worried about the situation is not in the country and at its external borders. A direct threat to safety, he said, carries the tendency of expansion of the influence of an Islamic state in Afghanistan.

“Of particular concern are the numerous facts of exit of citizens to participate in the armed conflict on the side of LIH, and their subsequent return home to the continuation of terrorist activities and recruitment “- said Atambayev.

Similar trends have occurred in other countries of the CSTO. According to official data, on the side of a terrorist group howl over 300 Tajiks, Kazakhs and 300 at least 1,000 citizens of Russia. Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha military bloc announced that for the year it was revealed 57 thousand sites, through which the Islamists tried to recruit supporters in the Allied countries. Most of them were registered in the Central Asia.

As for Putin, he is almost all devoted his speech to the situation in Syria. This country has no direct relationship to the CSTO, but is the source of threatening countries block of terrorism.

“The terrorists have already publicly threaten to Medina, Mecca, Jerusalem, proliferation activity in Europe, Russia, Central and South-East Asia “, – the president warned. On the eve of Washington has threatened the Kremlin international isolation for the support of Bashar al-Assad, and this gesture, of course, could not remain without an answer.

From the rostrum of the CSTO, Putin said that Russia is helping and will help Damascus weapon – if she did not do it “the situation in Syria would be worse than in Libya, and the flow of refugees would be even more”.

At the same time GDP has criticized attempts to accuse the Kremlin of migrant crisis that Europe is going through. “Do not we have destabilized the situation in the entire region of the world, we are not destroyed there state institutions, creating a power vacuum – cut the president – why no one can, as we say, to shift the refugee problem with the blame on others”.

Putin has once again called on the international community to unite in a coalition against LIH. To participate in it, in his opinion, it is necessary to bring the Syrian government, the Kurdish militia and the so-called “moderate opposition”.

Following the summit, the participants signed more than 10 documents (including agreements governing the carriage of military units on the territory of its allies), and took long overdue personnel decisions. The chief of the CSTO Joint Staff has changed, and will change before the end of the year, and the secretary general. Nikolai Bordyuzha, who spent at this post for 13 years, announced that the presidents agreed to “move to a system of rotation”.
