In the village Garden (Voronezh region) in a private home on Jan. 1, was found dead 24-year old boy. During the operative-investigative activities, it was found that his brother killed. From the criminal case opened on the fact of the crime, the two brothers celebrated the New Year together. They were drinking alcoholic beverages. During the fun they had a conflict, and a younger brother to death scored older. 21-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder.
Open a criminal case is an investigation into the incident. The very same detainee is under arrest.
