The monitoring revealed that most sites Russian federal agencies do not have this form.

In total this year were inspected and analyzed the activities of 77 official websites of federal agencies.
The audit found that the majority of the site office of the Russian Federation does not meet a number of significant technical standards.
An example is the lack of a measure of detection data on the amount spent and brought the limits of budgetary appropriations, the absence of reports on the implementation of a programs, information on audits and action taken on the results.
«The lack of this information does not allow enough talk about the transparency of the federal bodies of executive power” – the report said.
