The Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York sentenced the Russian Alexander Fischenko to ten years in prison for illegal export of high technology that could be used in the military sphere. This writes Bloomberg.
According to RIA Novosti, the prosecution asked for Fischenko 17.5 years in prison. Lawyers insisted on four years, the last three and a half years, while there was a result, he spent in a federal prison in Brooklyn, New York.
