Moscow, October 5, 2015, 14:07 – REGNUM Far Eastern Center of Shipbuilding and Ship Repair / FECSR / presented today, 5 October at the Innovation Day Defense Ministry Russia’s first technology of laser cladding parts ship machinery. In the future it may be used to restore the ships of the Pacific Fleet / PF. This was announced by press secretary FECSR Daniel Goncharuk , the Defense Ministry reported.

The technology allows you to recover items ship mechanisms using laser deposition. The joint project of scientists and specialists “Dalzavod” involves the creation of the first laser system in the Russian Federation, focused exclusively on the production of ship repair tasks using various types of metals, alloys and plastics.

According to the specialists of the plant, the installation already shown their best side. It allows you to replace the domestic remanufactured parts, those that were previously imported from the former Soviet Union. “It will reduce the time to repair worn parts without replacing them,” – said Goncharuk.

As reported IA REGNUM , 5-6 October on the basis of convention and exhibition center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (g.Kubinka, Moscow region.) opened an international exhibition “Innovation Day of the Defense Ministry Russia – 2015 “. The exhibition is attended by 300 military and scientific organizations of the Ministry of Defense and the military-industrial complex.
